Located in the countryside of Ferrara Guest house Le Occare disposes of three large and comfortable double rooms, all with private facilities, furnished with ancient pieces of furniture of the family house.
Two of the rooms,  the green room and the blue room, are located at the first floor. We have preserved their original sloping roof with wooden beams  and the wooden flooring. These two rooms have an air conditioning system. The yellow room, at the ground floor, was also conceived to complain with accessibility issues. 
A fresh, wooden garden, a little swimming pool and the surrounding wood will invite you to resting in perfect relax or, if you prefer, to walking, to go biking or riding. The nightingales, blackcaps, titmouse and woodpeckers, welcomed inhabitants of the garden, will amuse you with their singing.  Only 15.5 miles away from the centre of Ferrara Guest house Le Occare will welcome you  in the peace of this little refuge in the nature and will allow you to relax and regenerate in the pleasant environment of an old farmhouse, renewed in a conservative way, and to taste an old-fashioned style of life.
With its comfortable rooms in the surrounding of Ferrara Guest house Le Occare is a very well located starting place for the discovery of the close Verginese and Belriguardo castles the Delta of the Po Park and the magnificent city of Ferrara, recently acknowledged as an UNESCO world heritage.
